A First Floor Renovation with an Upstairs Remodel and Addition and a Fresh Exterior
On this St. Louis Park interior and exterior remodel plus addition, Showcase Renovations expanded the upper level. Bathrooms were added upstairs and downstairs included remodeling the kitchen and entry way while building a high performance energy package and improving water mitigation around the home’s perimeter. This is a very unique home, built as a combination earth home and two-story structure incorporating pre-cast concrete in the construction.
